Job Overview
ING's Global Graduate Programme is a structured early-careers pathway giving recent graduates rotations across ING's international banking business, with exposure to different teams, functions and (for some tracks) countries.
Responsibilities
- Complete rotations across different business areas within ING's global operations
- Take on real project and analytical work within each rotation team
- Build a working understanding of ING's Wholesale Banking and international operations
- Participate in structured learning and development activities alongside other graduates
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Completed or nearly completed a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work across teams and, for some tracks, locations
Qualifications
- Prior internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory for this programme
