Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Rotate across teams within Global Product Solutions and the Client Business over 2.5 years
- Support relationship managers in delivering investment expertise and solutions to clients
- Help manage data, build presentations and capture insights ahead of client meetings
- Contribute to the product lifecycle from concept through design, regulatory review, launch and marketing
- Coordinate with legal, compliance and operations colleagues on cross-functional projects
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Currently completing, or recently completed, an undergraduate or master's degree (graduating by July 2026 for this intake)
- Open to candidates from any degree discipline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in the local language for Continental European locations
- Comfortable working across multiple teams in a structured rotational format
Qualifications
- No specific prior finance experience required
- Genuine interest in asset management, client service and investment products
