Job Overview
This role supports Oak Tree Investments' international project and investment activities connected to Lebanon. The coordinator works closely with the firm's project teams, helping manage communication, documentation and on-the-ground coordination between Europe and Lebanon.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination of projects and investment activities connected to Lebanon
- Act as a communication link between the European team and local partners/stakeholders
- Prepare and organise project documentation, correspondence and basic reporting
- Assist with logistics and scheduling for travel between Europe and Lebanon
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to ongoing projects
- Escalate issues or delays to the relevant project lead in a timely manner
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Valid Lebanese passport
- Valid legal residence permit in a European country
- Good spoken and written Arabic
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to travel to Lebanon when required by the role
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Professional attitude and ability to work in an international environment
Qualifications
- University degree is not required
- Previous relevant experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Familiarity with the Lebanese business environment is an advantage

Arabic · English
Work Authorization / Residence Requirements
Candidates must currently hold a valid Lebanese passport and valid legal residence status in a European country at the time of application.
