Responsibilities
- Support technology teams with requirements gathering and business analysis
- Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams on delivery
- Contribute to documentation, testing and rollout of technology initiatives
- Take part in structured graduate training over the course of the programme
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Completed or nearly completed a relevant degree (business, IT, engineering or related field)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interest in financial technology and digital banking
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage for the Zurich office
Qualifications
- Some prior internship or project experience in technology or business analysis is an advantage
